\u201cThese shots represent a legacy, an indelible mark of the past. They are an imprint that remains immortal despite the changes it undergoes, involving us in a journey where time has stopped but continues to undertake its transformation.<\/p>\n

In the farmhouse represented in Mutatis time has stopped in an instant, leaving an orderly chaos, which has found the right balance in the process of its transformation.<\/p>\n

Andrea Cherico nasce a Treviglio nel 1991 e sin da piccolo matura un fascino per gli edifici decadenti e per le fabbriche industriali presenti in zona. A vent\u2019anni suo padre gli regala la sua prima macchina fotografica che lo portera\u0300 fin da subito a percorrere un interesse per la fotografia: la sua prima esperienza sara\u0300 \u201cConsonno\u201d chiamata anche \u201cLas Vegas Abbandonata del Nord Italia\u201d, piccola frazione del comune di Olginate in provincia di Lecco.<\/p>\n

Da qui iniziera\u0300 un vero e proprio coinvolgimento per i luoghi abbandonati che lievitano nel tempo e che nel loro silenzio ci trasmettono qualcosa sulla loro esistenza e di chi li ha vissuti.<\/p>\n

Andrea Cherico was born in Treviglio in 1991 and since a child he developed a fascination for the decaying buildings and industrial factories in the area. At the age of twenty his father gave him his first camera which immediately led him to pursue an interest in photography: his first experience was \u201cConsonno\u201d also called \u201cAbandoned Las Vegas in Northern Italy\u201d, a small fraction of the municipality of Olginate in the province of Lecco.<\/p>\n

From here a real involvement will begin for the abandoned places that rise over time and that in their silence transmit us something about their existence and of those who lived there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
