Le due tavolozze incarnano la prima una materia di colori originali che ricorda l\u2019inizio delle sue opere e l\u2019evoluzione delle stesse; la seconda, di cui ha volutamente oscurato i colori, una simulazione dell\u2019arte deturpata dalle guerre e quella imbrattata dalle mani di coloro che non ne apprezzano il significato.<\/p>\n

“You may cancel colors but not its traces;<\/strong><\/em>
\nart will live for good”.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The two palettes embody the first a material of original colors that recalls the beginning of his works and the evolution of the same; the second, whose colors he has deliberately darkened, a simulation of art disfigured by wars and the one smeared by the hands of those who do not appreciate its meaning.<\/p>\n

Pittore autodidatta da sempre, Ivan Picenni dipinge la sua infanzia attraverso la simbologia che l\u2019ha caratterizzata. La serie \u201cCitt\u00e0 e forme geometriche\u201d, in realt\u00e0, rappresenta una fase precedente della sua vera vena artistica ma che l\u2019ha portato poi a realizzare le opere attuali, di cui \u00e8 possibile ammirare alcuni esempi nella terrazza esterna di Galleria DuePuntoZero.<\/p>\n

Always self-taught painter, Ivan Picenni paints his childhood through the symbolism that characterized it.
