After the first group exhibition “Re-birth“, Galleria DuePuntoZero returns with “Impronte d’Arte“, a reflection on the human need to survive in time, leaving traces of what we are and have lived through the years.

In view of the Bergamo-Brescia Capital of Italian Culture 2023 project, Galleria DuePuntoZero proposes itself as a landmark in the city for emerging artists, collectors and fans, offering the possibility to each artist to be able to express himself as much as possible and show his art at 360 degrees. After the inauguration on September 16, 2022 with the collective exhibition “Ri-Nascita”, the Gallery returns with a new exhibition entitled “Impronte d’Arte”, analyzing contemporary society through a term – footprints – as multifaceted as particular.
Footprints, in fact, can be what guides us on a little beaten path or be seen as the marks imprinted by a disease. They can identify a distinctive trait of our personality or represent what we leave to posterity. We are in fact placed in a time that defines us and limits us with an “expiration date” unknown to us. Our life is a journey, with a beginning, a path and an end. We are time, we are history and we are history in history. The history of each individual is unique and continues slowly intertwined with what is history: a succession of events that flow inexorably and totally disinterested of our existence. All this inevitably convinces us of how important it is to leave an imprinta sign of our passage into good and evil, to continue in some way to live even after death, defeating the fear of being forgotten and go unnoticed, a fear that accompanies man since ancient times. Art allows us to leave a trace of ourselves to the world, to communicate with those around us, but also with all those who will come after us, building with them a lasting bond that can cross the boundary space of time. What if in fact, despite everything, we were just footprints on the sand?
